Dan Brown
Vicar

Dan has been the vicar at Wadsley since November 2015. He is married to Sarah and they have three children: Esme, Noah and Aidan. Dan loves seeing God break into people's lives and seeing them become all that they can be. His main priorities in the church are raising up leaders and asking people to dream big. When he's not working, Dan will probably be found spending time with his family. He is a big Sheffield United fan, and strongly believes that if a joke is worth telling once, it's worth telling until somebody begs him to stop.

John Samuel
Curate

John joined the team as curate in Summer 2024. He loves food and takes any opportunity to show hospitality through cooking for people. He's passionate about understanding and communicating God's Word and seeking more of the Holy Spirit. John is married to Violeta and they have 3 children.

Lydia started as our Youth Worker in September 2024. She grew up in the leafy London suburbs of Harrow/Hillingdon and thinks all buses should be red. She likes attempting to play football (especially the scoring goals part), watching Formula 1, and drinking coffee. Lydia is a big kid and loves working with young people and their sense of joy and fun. She tries to encourage others to really step out in faith and be amazed by what God can do!
